Truck Equipment Installer/Technician

Must be knowledgeable and skilled in automotive wiring, hydraulic systems, welding, and fabrication. Attention to detail, accountability, and the eagerness to improve personally and professionally are necessary. Northland is looking for highly motivated individuals.

Position details include, but are not limited to:

Install truck equipment and accessories i.e. toppers, van shelving packages, liftgates, snowplows, utility bodies, dump bodies.
Wire accessories i.e. strobe lights, inverters, auxiliary fuse boxes, spotlights.
Weld and fabricate aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel.
Diagnose and repair equipment in a timely manner.

**Must possess your own tools.**

Preferred Skills

Attention to details
Welding Certification
Knowledge of cutting metals using oxy-acetylene and/or plasma torch
ASE E1 Certification

Northland's leadership team provides guidance, but also recognizes the importance of our installers to work independently. Northland's Team Members have the opportunity to perform different types of installation work on a regular basis, creating a very rewarding and diverse working environment.

This position offer a flexible start time ranging from

5-7AM.

Position includes competitive pay as well as an outstanding benefit package with paid time off, matched 401K package, work uniforms, shoe and eyewear reimbursement plans, medical insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance.

Transport Driver

Are you looking for a flexible, part-time job delivering vehicles?

We are hiring drivers to transport up-fitted commercial vehicles to our customers. This position is part time and on an as-needed basis during normal business hours. Experience driving commercial vehicles and CDL would provide greater compensation and is preferred, but not required. Overnight stays are rare and typically you are home daily.

Northland Equipment is looking for people who want to join a team with only one goal: giving our customers the best quality products in the marketplace.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Valid Class D driver's license
Class B CDL preferred, not required
Required to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate before or after hiring

Preferred Skills

Ability to drive bare chassis and completed vehicles
Ability to use a navigation system
Ability to follow instructions

Position includes opportunity to enroll in matched 401k package and limited reimbursed meals while traveling.
