System One Ladder Racks & Options
Pickup Ladder Racks

System One's pick-up truck racks are available in both the Contractor Rig™ and Utility Rig™ versions and each of these is available in the Standard or Heavy I.T.S.® Series. All System One ladder racks start with the Pick-up Trak™ which is fastened to the inside lip of the bedrail. This track forms a structural foundation distributing the weight of the rack and cargo while protecting the bedrail. Tool boxes, sliding cargo anchors and other accessories are easily mounted using standard 5/16" stainless steel carriage bolts in the recessed T-slots. Wide profile truss legs provide tremendous rigidity and reduce concentrated loading. System One's Ladder Life™ anti-wear inserts are made of tough, high durometer EPDM rubber and are installed in each crossmember to reduce noise and eliminate dangerous ladder wear. Our Ladder Glide® low-friction insert, made from high density polyethylene, is installed on the rear edge of the rear crossmember for easy loading and unloading of ladders and material. Color inserts are included and come in 66 colors to match your truck or company color.

Service Body Rack
SERVICE BODY RACK OVERVIEW
Slide System One™ makes racks in various lengths and heights for service/utility body trucks and they are offered in both standard and I.T.S.® series. These racks are usually mounted to our Utility Traks for increased rigidity and tie-down capability. In bodies with top-opening compartments where the stationary ledge near the hinge is often too narrow to mount the Utility Traks, our "B Trak" is usually the solution. Body to roof height varies among these trucks so we stock legs of varying lengths from 12" up in 2" increments. Utility Traks are available in lengths of 8', 9' and 11' to accommodate various body lengths. Our Extension Beams (for Contractor Rigs™) are available in lengths of 102", 120", 138", 147", 156" and 174" for various cab/body combinations.

Enclosed Body Racks
ENCLOSED BODY RACK OVERVIEW
Slide Racks for enclosed bodies are available in Contractor Rig™ and Utility Rig™ versions. Since they are designed to mount to a flat surface, they can be used in any number of other applications where a flat, structural surface exists. It is recommended that these racks mount on Utility Traks to distribute the weight more evenly and to provide more rigidity. Further, the truck body itself must be strong enough to support the weight of the rack and any anticipated cargo. These racks are typically wider than van racks, so stiffening ribs attached to the under side of crossmembers are often installed for higher capacity. I.T.S. series brackets are used so adding work winches at any time is easy.

Work Winches
ABOUT THE WORK WINCH®
The Work Winch® is the most universal and easiest to use tie-down system ever made. Work Winches "plug in" to any I.T.S.® series rack in 2 to 3 minutes. They are constructed of aluminum alloy and stainless steel with a PVC bearing. It is the only rust free tie-down system made and has a nearly unlimited lifespan. This is not a bolted-on aftermarket accessory, but an integral part of a System One I.T.S. series ladder rack.
Everything you need is always right there - even the handle. Just lift the pawl and pull out as much strap as you need. Place the strap around the load and hook it to an anchor hole or crossmember. Take up the slack with the handwheel and tighten firmly using the handle.
The handle can be kept permanently on the shaft or it can be left in a toolbox and used only when needed. When hanging it allows the shaft to rotate freely within it; when pushed forward, it will engage and operate the winch.
Full Access Toolboxes by System One
Full Access™ Toolboxes™ are designed for System One® ladder racks but they are easily installed with any rack. They are made in many different lengths to accommodate all pick-up truck bed lengths. When mounting these boxes on System One ladder racks, no drilling into the truck or rack is necessary. The outer edge of the toolbox has pre-punched mounting holes and is bolted directly to the T-slot in the System One Trak with the provided carriage bolts. The inner portion is suspended using a tool box hanger attached to the gusset of the rack. This arrangement eliminates the need for support legs attached to the floor of the truck bed and provides a completely clear, unobstructed floor area. This is especially important when transporting plywood and sheet rock. Shown above is an 87” Full Access™ tool box mounted to a System One Heavy Work Contractor Rack.
When you work out of a truck you put your shop on the road. You have very little space for tools, materials and equipment, so the space available to you should be organized as efficiently as possible. Frequently, power tools sustain costly damage during transport while piled on top of each other in conventional boxes. Dividers, shelves and bins allow you to transport your tools without damage. You can set your truck up to become an organized and efficient work vehicle-laid out the way you want-for the tools you carry and the way you work. Full Access™ truck tool boxes can be used on any truck with any rack, or on trucks without racks. Shown above is a 90” Full Access™ tool box mounted with a Weatherguard rack.
