Omaha Service BodyBODY - Entire body exterior made from 14-gauge A-40 two sided galvannealed zinc coated steel. Complete automotive type undercoating of body underside for total rust protection. Distinctive die-formed automotive style fender provides tire clearance for all truck applications. Heavy duty treadplate steel flooring with drain openings at base of bulkhead. 3/16” floor optional.

TAILGATE - Pickup style slam tailgate

BODY SUBSTRUCTURE - 7 Gauge steel channel front and rear cross members. 7 Gauge intermediate cross members, which rest on truck frame for added strength. 4-14 Gauge horizontal floor stiffeners interlaced with cross members giving added strength in critical areas at rear of body and in wheel well area.

Omaha Service Van

Omaha Service VanBODY FEATURES: Entire body shell constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant 14 ga. and 16 ga. A-40 galvannealed steel. Floor is 1⁄8” safety treadplate steel, 541⁄2” wide, with no wheel boxes for single rear wheel and 3” wheel boxes for dual wheel. Distinctive die-formed automotive style fenders provide tire clearance for all truck applications. All bodies are electrocoated with a light gray epoxy e-coat primer. Entire body underside covered wtih rust-preventative automotive type undercoating. 9” x 34” windows in rear doors are standard

ROOF: 18 ga. galvannealed steel one-piece top section overlaps side panels to ensure shedding of water. Interior roof bows are 14 ga. galvannealed steel. Raised center section enhances overall appearance.

BODY SUBSTRUCTURE: 7 ga. formed steel channel cross members at front and rear 7ga. and 10 ga. formed steel channel intermediate cross members. 4-14 ga. boxed formed steel channel longitudinal floor stiffeners interlaced with cross members give added strength in critical areas at rear of body and in wheel well area.
